Your next trip, planned around you
A family visit, a long-awaited vacation, or a journey through several destinations starts with a few personal decisions: where you want to go, how much time you have, and what you want the trip to feel like.
Get Up & Fly helps you turn those decisions into a travel plan. We specialize in individual and corporate travel and have been in the travel trade since 1993. Our approach is personal: understand your priorities, explore suitable options, and help you make informed choices about your journey.
Start with the kind of trip you have in mind
What matters most to you?
The lowest displayed fare is only one part of a travel decision. A convenient departure time, a manageable connection, the fare’s conditions, and the total journey time may matter just as much.
When you contact us, tell us which priorities you would like to balance:
- Your approximate travel budget and preferred cabin.
- Direct flights or acceptable connections.
- Fixed dates or flexibility around departure and return.
- Time with family, sightseeing, rest, or a combination.
- Any mobility, seating, or other travel needs you want to discuss.
Special requests depend on the relevant travel provider. Ask your advisor what can be requested and what has been confirmed before you travel.
Destinations to discuss with your advisor
Our destination specialties include India, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America. You may already know where you want to go, or you may be deciding between regions. Begin with your interests and available time, and we can discuss the next step.
From the first conversation to your journey home
- Tell us your plans. Share dates, departure airport, destinations, travelers, and preferences.
- Explore your options. Your advisor helps you consider travel arrangements and the details behind the available choices.
- Review before booking. Confirm names, itinerary, prices, and applicable conditions before authorizing a purchase.
- Keep us informed. If your plans change or you need assistance during your journey, contact us so we can discuss the available next steps.
Questions about leisure travel
Can I inquire before choosing a destination?
Yes. Tell us the kind of trip you are considering, your approximate dates, your departure airport, and your budget range. That gives your advisor a useful starting point.
Can I request a one-way or multi-city trip?
Yes. Select the relevant journey type in the inquiry form and list each planned stop in the travel preferences field. Include any dates that cannot change.
Should I include passport or payment details in the form?
No. The form is for an initial travel inquiry. Your advisor will explain what information is needed later and how to provide it.
Does submitting the form reserve a trip?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Fares, availability, and booking conditions must be confirmed before a reservation or purchase is completed.
Tell us where you want to go
You do not need a finished itinerary to get started. Share what you know, and tell us what you are still deciding.
